My name is Chris Poly, and along with my wife, Michelle, we launched Spruce Honey in 2020. We first met at Northeastern University in the late 1980s, where we pursued degrees in Engineering and Nursing. I started as a hobbiest for a couple of years and beekeeping became a passion for both of us iand since then, we’ve been dedicated to producing the highest quality honey possible.

We offer small-batch, raw organic honey from our apiaries in Windham, NH, We prioritize organic treatments and sustainable techniques to care for our bees, focusing on quality over profit every step of the way.
